Solomon signs County Market to anchor retail hub |
North Branch project will also have a ShopKo prototype
Solomon Real Estate Group has signed a County Market grocery and a prototype store for discount retailer ShopKo as anchors for the 39-acre retail development. County Market, best known to residents of Hudson and Wausau, Wis., will lease 53,000 square feet, with 20,000 additional square feet of retail space attached. The grocery is set for a January opening. It’s owned Edina-based Jerry's Enterprises, which also owns 14 Cub Foods stores, 18 Sav-a-Lot stores and three Jerry's Foods stores, as well as the two Wisconsin County Markets, which it purchased 2004. Jerry’s will pattern the new store on the Hudson format. |
